Results#

Results in the console is what Assembly Atlas did for you in a month, next to the month before: orders from quotes accepted online, quotes sent and their value, how fast clients got a price, parts requests at your list price, dealer orders, what went into your store’s cart, warranty claims, machines registered, and the maintenance reminders and bulletins emailed to owners.

  • Nothing is estimated. Values are quote and order totals as sent, and your list prices for parts requests. A requested part without a price is counted, not valued. Emails are counted when the server sent them.
  • Pick a month, or this month so far. Email me this report sends it to you, to forward to your team.
  • On the 1st, last month’s results are emailed to the address requests go to, when anything happened. Turn it off under Settings.

  • Quote requests still waiting for a price after 2 days, and dealer orders not confirmed after 2 days.
  • Quotes that expired without an answer.
  • Visits that ended with parts in a request list that was never sent, with the parts and their value at your list price.
  • Parts people looked at that have no price, or can’t go in your store’s cart.
  • Parts portal searches that found nothing, and quote page visits that measured a file without asking for a quote.

On Mondays it’s emailed to the address requests go to, when there’s something on it. Turn it off under Settings.

Privacy#

Usage is counted per visit, with no cookies and nothing that identifies the visitor. The only personal details you receive are the ones people type into a request or a quote.

Getting more out of it#

  • Sort out the flagged parts at the top of the parts table first: they’re the ones people want and can’t buy.
  • Add the words from “Searches that found nothing” to part descriptions in the editor, so the next search finds them.
  • A part looked at often but rarely requested may need a clearer name, a price, or stock.
